The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or consumed.
- Products returned after the 30-day return window.
- Products that show signs of misuse, damage not caused by shipping, or tampering.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Include your order number and return authorization inside the package.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a fulfillment error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
